Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use MixWRLD. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you should have permission from a parent or guardian.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for anything that happens through your account. Choose a handle and display name that follow the rules below.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload — your mixtapes, songs, artwork, and other material. By uploading, you grant MixWRLD a license to host, stream, display, and let others download your content as the platform allows. This license exists so the service can work; it ends when you delete the content or your account, except where we need to keep records for legal reasons.

You must have the rights to everything you upload. Do not upload music, artwork, or any other material you do not own or have permission to share. Uploading content that infringes someone else's copyright is not allowed.

Prohibited content and conduct

Do not use MixWRLD to upload, share, or promote: content you do not have rights to; hateful, harassing, or threatening material; sexually explicit material involving minors or non-consensual content; malware or scams; impersonation of other people or artists; or anything else that is illegal. Do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' accounts.

Reporting and moderation

Anyone can report content or accounts through the report tools or in-app support. We review reports and may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms.

Copyright complaints

If you believe content on MixWRLD infringes your copyright, submit a takedown notice through the DMCA form or contact us via in-app support. We review every notice and act on valid claims.

No warranties

MixWRLD is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content will be preserved.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MixWRLD and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost data or lost profits.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you break these terms. You may stop using MixWRLD at any time and can request deletion of your account through in-app support.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
